Individual Treatment Pricing

Receive one-on-one, personalized care designed to fit your goals. Whether it’s injury rehab, pain relief, or performance optimization, our in-home or partnered gym sessions provide expert, flexible support tailored to your needs—whenever and wherever it works best for you.

Physical therapy Services:

  • Concierge (At home or at work) Visit: $225
  • New Patient Evaluation: $200 - This is where it begins. Get a comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and a customized plan to reach your goals!
  • Total Care: $185 -60 minute session at any of our partnered gyms. Great for people with multiple issues or chronic pain cases
  • Restore40: $145 - 40 minute session at any of our partnered gyms. Great for people with lower complexity pain complaints
  • Restore20: $65 - 20 minute tune up session at any of our partnered gyms. Great for a quick dry needling session
  • Performance Training: $120 - 60 minute personal training guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Perfect for people with chronic injuries or limited experience with training

Myofascial Therapy Services:

  • 60-minute Session – $140 : Ideal for in-depth treatment, targeting specific pain points and muscular tension.
  • 90-minute Session – $180 : A longer session for comprehensive care, especially for complex or multiple problem areas.
  • 30-minute Session – $80 : A shorter option, great for addressing a particular issue or as a supplement to longer sessions.
  • 20-minute Sports Massage – $55 : Focuses on quick relief of muscle tightness or soreness, ideal for athletes or those with an active lifestyle who just need a quick tune up!
  • 60-minute At-Home Session – $170
  • 90-minute At-Home Session – $210

  • 240-minute Package – $475: Mix and match 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions to create your ideal 4-hour package
  • 360-minute Package – $660: Mix and match 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions to create your ideal 6-hour package
