MoveWell was born here in Birmingham, AL in response to the COVID-19 shutdown and inefficiencies in the traditional physical therapy model. Our mobile model was designed to give people access to convenient care in an environment comfortable to them. Fast forward 4 years, and MoveWell is now serving our community through partnerships with local businesses as well as continuing to bring the convenience of at home sessions to our physical therapy, personal training, and massage therapy clients.
