Also amazing that they would create a game plan with the coaches at Wheelhouse to make sure I had the proper modifications as I was recovering from my shoulder injury. GAME CHANGER! Post shoulder surgery I was driving to PT three times a week. I liked my group and they were good but I wanted GREAT. I decided to switch to AARON SHERRILL with MOVEWELL MOBILE who provides physical therapy at your home! It’s a game changer. Before you blink he’s got his table set up, bands, bars, weights you name it. With the one hour of time you really get the soft tissue work you need. I feel like I’m a lot more engaged as opposed to rushing to some place to get 30 min of PT where I feel they are rushed and pushing patients thru. The time I’m dedicating to PT is all PT no driving or waiting. I’m at 4 months post shoulder surgery and back to doing push ups, most of my yoga moves and building strength which I had lost after my rotator cuff injury then surgery. Aaron is the most patient focused physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. He knew I was into yoga so incorporated that into my physical therapy routine. He constantly motivates me to do more. He is performance driven and will get you back to better than you were before. Guess what my house is COVID free … perfect
